What Do We Offer
We use Simulation-based clinical education to provide nurses with a hands-on training program that complements their theoretical knowledge, thus making them a well-rounded and upskilled Healthcare professional.
We prepare nurses for emergency situations where analytical thinking and spontaneous action is of paramount importance.
To achieve this we use modern, high end, high fidelity patient simulators that can help create a host of scenarios (run by a software) to provide real life like situations and conditions under which nurses can be upskilled and trained.
Coupled with this is a well thought out training system which incorporates principles of Experiential and Stress Induced Learning to deliver active training programs rather than the traditional and often passive classroom format.
Simulation-based clinical education is a practice wherein training programs are conducted in artificially created life-like scenarios to impart practical and soft skills.
A high fidelity simulator is an electronic mannequin that acts and responds like the human body. Using software’s and computers we can re-create multiple medical scenarios on the simulator that accurately depict what happens on an actual human body.
Why offer Simulation-based clinical education
With realistic clinical scenarios, simulation-based clinical educational
interventions in nursing can train novice as well as experienced nurses,
helping them develop effective non-technical skills, practice rare emergency
situations, and providing a variety of authentic life-threatening situations.
